Responsibilities

  • Plan and build email campaigns from brief to scheduled send
  • Design and maintain lifecycle flows for onboarding, nurture, and re-engagement
  • Segment lists and personalize content based on behavior and attributes
  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, timing, and CTAs
  • Build and QA responsive email templates across clients and devices
  • Monitor deliverability, sender reputation, and list health
  • Manage subscriber growth, preferences, and suppression rules
  • Track and report on open, click, conversion, and unsubscribe rates
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and consent requirements
  • Coordinate the email calendar with wider marketing campaigns

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3 or more years running email marketing or lifecycle campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with an ESP or marketing automation platform
  • Proven track record improving email engagement and conversion metrics
  • Working knowledge of email deliverability and privacy regulations
