- Track brand health and protect consistency across every channel

- Define and document brand positioning, messaging pillars, and tone of voice
- Maintain brand guidelines and review creative for consistency across channels
- Plan integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media
- Brief and manage designers, agencies, and freelancers against a clear creative direction
- Run brand tracking studies and monitor awareness, consideration, and sentiment
- Lead product naming, packaging, and launch storytelling for new releases
- Manage the brand budget and report on campaign performance versus goals
- Conduct market and competitor research to sharpen differentiation
- Partner with product and sales to align brand narrative with the roadmap
- Build the brand asset library and keep templates current for internal teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- 5 or more years in brand, marketing, or product marketing roles
- Proven experience leading a brand campaign from strategy through launch
- A portfolio showing measurable lifts in brand awareness or preference
- Strong creative judgment paired with comfort reading performance data
