We need an Executive Assistant to support a senior leader and keep their world organized and moving. You will own a demanding calendar, manage communications, coordinate travel, and handle sensitive information with total discretion. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, anticipatory, and calm under pressure, who takes pride in making a busy executive far more effective.

- Manage communications, travel, and meeting logistics
- Handle confidential information with discretion and judgment
Responsibilities
- Manage a complex, shifting calendar and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests on the executive's behalf
- Plan detailed domestic and international travel with full itineraries
- Prepare agendas, briefing notes, and materials ahead of meetings
- Take and distribute meeting notes and track follow-up actions
- Coordinate board meetings, leadership offsites, and executive events
- Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the executive and stakeholders
- Manage expense reports, approvals, and reimbursements
- Run personal and ad hoc tasks that free up the executive's time
- Handle confidential documents and discussions with strict discretion
Requirements
- 3 or more years supporting senior executives or C-level leaders
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars and travel across time zones
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated discretion handling confidential and sensitive information
