Track key dates such as renewals, expirations, and termination notice windows and alert owners early
Monitor obligations and deliverables to confirm both parties meet their commitments
Flag legal, financial, and delivery risks and recommend fallback positions or escalation

Coordinate approvals, signatures, and execution across legal, finance, and business owners
Manage disputes, claims, and variations, documenting changes and their commercial impact
Report on contract status, spend, and compliance to procurement and leadership

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, law, supply chain, or a related field
3 or more years in contract management, procurement, or a commercial legal role
Proven experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts independently
Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and repositories
A relevant certification (such as CCCM, CPCM, or IACCM/World CC) is an advantage
